A remote video analysis workshop gives you a clear picture of your running gait outside in the natural environment. In this option, I will provide instructions for you to upload a video which I will then assess and send you my feedback.
Using remote video analysis, I work with runners from all over the World from complete beginners to elite athletes. This workshop is perfect for runners who would like to gain a better understanding of their movement and my philosophy behind good running form.
