These workshops are designed to be fun and interactive, giving you the opportunity to have your running video analysed a number of times throughout the day. This is complemented by theory and discussion sessions on human movement and how to turn it into human performance. The workshops are ideal for elite athletes, complete beginners and everyone in between!

A remote video analysis workshop gives you a clear picture of your running gait outside in the natural environment. The package of six 1 hour video analysis and coaching sessions gives you time to monitor progression and layer in new skills as you practice. This package is by far the most economical way to learn to take ownership of your movement and change the way you think about your running gait.

As part of this package you receive bespoke audio files created for you to listen to while you run. They take you through a sequence of cues moving up the body, keeping you in the moment with your movement and helping you to rewrite your movement software on the run. The files are produced based on your video analysis and evolve as you move through the sessions. This is an incredibly powerful way to learn.

The monthly 1 hour consultations include detailed discussion on your video analysis.  Coaching and discussion on running dynamics data can also be included.
