Description
During your two hour coaching workshop you will work on aspects of your technique agreed upon during a consultation to understand what your goals are. The coaching is carried out with continuous 360 degree video analysis of the whole body, alongside the use of running dynamics data and movement sensors focusing on impact, deceleration, balance and symmetry of the body. The analysis and coaching takes place outside on a running surface of your choice including track, grass, road, hills and trail.
The two hour workshop allows extra time for coaching based on the results of the movement analysis.
