Description
Your 4x 2 hour coaching package will include continuous 360 degree video analysis, alongside running dynamics data and movement sensors focusing on impact, deceleration, balance and symmetry of the body. These sessions can be used as monthly sessions or in blocks depending on your running goals. One session a month is a great way to keep continuity and learn new skills and thought processes throughout the year and to prepare for upcoming races.
Also included in this package is remote video analysis and skype sessions throughout the duration of the package.
